Forecasts 2016: China

In his 2016 Forecasts Event (held January 26th, 2016), Jonathan K. DeYoe discussed China in 2015 and the traditional process of transition from developing to developed world.

This process in China (as elsewhere) will involve putting in place better tools and processes for measuring their economic data as they transition from an industrial (GDP comes from bridges and roads) to a consumer (GDP comes from 500,000 small enterprises and many more consumers) driven economy. This process takes time and asks patience of investors.
